Aleksa Mara

Founder & Director

Aleksa Mara founded AMARA Studio in 2017 with the intention to create a positive and lasting impact by leveraging the power of experience, digital marketing, and creative storytelling. She has worked in television and commercial production, strategic marketing, social events and eventually found herself in live experience production where her innate skill of loving leadership shined in facilitating teams that could seemingly make anything happen. Specializing in both large and small scale events, Aleksa is highly regarded for her ability to cater to her client’s specific needs and aesthetics, seamlessly delivering with keen attention to detail and a touch of artistry. Mara has served as the Director of Experience at Conscious City Guide where the goal is to raise consciousness through experience. She is the co-founder of Mountain Gate, co-founder of Boxxie Party, and co-founder of Keep Earth Round.

TIERNEY MCCAULEY

Head of Production

Tierney is a Florida Native, tech enthusiast, and motivated event producer. She is the founder of the mobile app MicMaps, a platform that connects comedians with nearby stage time. Comedy was one of her first loves after the ocean, and with comedy came events and a career in marketing and production. In 2015, she single handedly produced and marketed over 40 different musical performances and comedy shows across South Florida along with a handful of fundraisers. In 2017, she joined Aleksa in California as the head of production at AMARA Studio. Tierney is currently living on the East Coast, allowing AMARA Studio to be bi-coastal with ease. Tierney has negotiated over 1m in event sponsorships for Diageo’s spirits and produced more than 70 events for notable brands such as Ketel One, Don Julio, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, and Bulleit.
